Product Description
The SP slurry pump is a vertical pump engineered for handling corrosive, coarse particles and highly concentrated slurries. Its components are fully compatible with widely used industry-standard vertical slurry pump models. Designed for demanding conditions, it can operate reliably without a shaft gland or gland water supply, and the shaft length can be customized to match your required liquid depth.
The SP pump is a vertical centrifugal slurry pump. The inlet is oriented vertically and downward on one side of the pump, and the outlet is oriented vertically and upward on the other side. It composed of the lower filter platform, pump body, impeller, shaft, guard plate, and bracket. The upper part of the sp pump is supported by bearings; the pump is installed under the liquid, and no shaft seal is used. It uses a belt drive (BD) and direct drive (CD) transmission type. The depth of the immersion liquid in the standard size range can be adjusted according to the needs of the user.


Product Features
- Employs a vertical cantilever type, single pump casing structure.
- Employs a double-suction, semi-open impeller design, using hard alloy or rubber impeller.
- Cylindrical bearing assembly installed, using a high-capacity bearing design, and the bearing is lubricated with grease.
- The gap between the impeller and the guard can be adjusted to ensure the efficient operation of the pump.
- No shaft seal required.
- The SP slurry pump and driver can be driven by direct coupling or a V-belt transmission.
- The RVS type adopts rubber over-flow parts and rubber lining for parts that are in contact with the slurry, to prevent a breakdown in strong corrosive conditions.
Main Application
The SP slurry pump is widely used in mining, power, metallurgy, coal, dredging, building materials, and other industrial lines to pump concentrate, tailings, sludge, and other abrasive and high-density slurries.
