WN（Q） Series Dredge Pump
Product Description
The WN(Q) series sand dredge pump is a new dredge pump developed by our company. Adopting advanced technology, this pump is widely used in cutter head dredgers or other dredging equipment. This model is a single-stage, single-suction, horizontal centrifugal pump. It is composed of a pump head, reduction gearbox, highly elastic coupling, and a marine transmission monitoring system. The 200WN-500WN dredging pump shaft adopts a mechanical seal, packing seal, or mechanical seal plus packing compound seal. The shaft seal of the 600WN-1000WN dredging pump uses a spiral sleeve L-shaped rubber seal device. This device consists of 3 L-shaped seal rings and a shaft sleeve with special threads.
The overflow parts of this suction dredge pump include the impeller, sheath, and front and rear shields (wear-resistant liners). These are made of strong wear-resistant alloy cast iron and hardness of no less than 58HRC.
Through an optimized design, the WN(Q) suction dredge pump has excellent performance, high suction capability, and the ability to dig deeper. It also has a large flow channel and good flow capacity. By changing pump speed or impeller diameter, the flow capacity and pump head can be adjusted.
Outstanding qualities of this sand dredge pump include a simple and strong overall structure, long service life, high efficiency, a reliable shaft seal, and significant cost savings. Due to the advanced nature of the hydraulic model, the efficiency level of this pump is high, 2-3% higher than that of other sand dredge pump.
