Submersible sewage pumps are used to processing wastewater to reduce industrial pollution around the world. When developing our submersible sewage pumps, we took this application into consideration because it requires high volumes of water and would put them to the test. We also considered national and international standards for similar models to design a pump with features that increase its versatility and longevity overall.

Features of our submersible sewage pumps include:

  1. A unique single or double impeller structure design: This greatly improves the ability of dirt to pass through, and can effectively pass allow the passage of fiber five times the diameter of the pump, and the passage of solid particles with an approximate diameter of 50% of that of the pump.
  • An overall small, compact, energy-efficient, and low-noise design: It is convenient for maintenance, does not require a pump room, and can function when submerged in water, greatly reducing the risk of damage.
  • A high-precision, anti-interference water leak detection sensor installed in the sealed oil chamber: Thermal components are embedded in the stator winding to automatically protect the pump motor.
  • Full-automatic control cabinet capabilities: This can be installed, according to the needs of the user. It will automatically protect the pump from water leakage, electrical leakage, overload, and over-heating, improving safety and reliability.
  • Dual-rail automatic coupling installation system capabilities: The WQ series can be equipped with a dual-rail automatic coupling installation system according to the needs of the user, improving installation convenience, and the ability to enter the sewage pit from remote.
  • This model can be used within the full head, to ensure the motor will not be overloaded.
  • Two installation methods available- fixed automatic coupling installation system and mobile-free installation.
